Our Story

Lifelong friends Noah and David shared the vision of making fresh and nutritious food easily accessible to everyone. In 2015, they launched Clean Eats, a company focused on serving chef-prepared and dietician-approved meals. The Clean Eats team is motivated by the loyal friends they serve weekly, and also by surprising new acquaintances with meals they sincerely enjoy. Noah, David and the Clean Eats family wholeheartedly focus on delivering wonderful flavors and quality nutrients to meet a range of fitness, health, and basic diet goals.

Our Mission

At Clean Eats, there is nothing more gratifying than a customer whose life we have changed through our convenient services. Come on, who doesn’t appreciate wallet-friendly plans & the convenience of home and office delivery. One of our biggest priorities is making our customers’ lives as easy as possible, during a time where life is non-stop and gets unexpectedly hectic – leading to people making less-than-ideal food choices. We strive to be that “great Sunday dinner”, but any time of the week. At Clean Eats, we hope to exceed your every expectation, provide a service that satisfies your every craving and just makes your life easier.

Q Where do you deliver?

Nationwide States Serviced Via UPS:

All States Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.

Q When are orders fulfilled?


Orders must be placed by 11:59am on the day prior to your requested delivery

Q How long will my meal stay fresh?

We use a vacuum seal machine to secure the freshness and taste of your Clean Eats meals. From the REFRIGERATOR we recommend enjoying within 6 days of receiving. From the FREEZER we recommend enjoy within 6 months. Meals need to be stored in refrigeration once received.

Q Can I freeze the meals?

Yes, we recommend freezing the meals upon receipt to preserve freshness. From the FREEZER we recommend enjoy within 6 months.

Q What if I have food allergies?

All allergens are listed on the meal profile and ingredient page. We recommend emailing our customer service team or including your allergies in the additional notes section at checkout.

Q What do I do if I have an incomplete or damaged order?

If you notice an issue, please report it at 1-866-442-3287 or info@cleaneatsmealprep.com within 24 hours. We will not be able to address any issues that are reported after that time frame.

Q Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can log into your account and cancel any order and a refund will be processed. Please note, we ask for 48 hours notice for any cancellation for refund.

Q When are my meals delivered?

The delivery window for our courier service is 6am-5pm. Please note there can be delays in transit on delivery day, we utilize insulated packaging with gel packs/dry ice to ensure safe temperatures through travel.

Q Can I choose my own meals?

Visit the MENU page, add any items you wish to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
